All persons in cottage count towards the total number.
Extra children 3 years & under - $5.00/day or $25.00/week.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS
Rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons per bedroom. Extra persons must be prearranged.
Each Additional person: $25.00/day $80.00/week

3 Bedroom - Max 8 people

Deposits
Weekly	$200.00/cottage
Holiday Weekend	$150.00/cottage
Weekend or mid-week	$100.00/cottage
Deposit is applied to final bill. No refunds for early departures. Reservations can only be guaranteed with a paid deposit. Balance due upon arrival.

 

Boat Rentals
14' aluminum boat with 9.9 hp motor
$75.00/day or $260.00/week
Rental fee does not cover damage or loss to boat or motor. You are liable for damages. Full tank of gas provided and must be returned full. Rental agreement must be signed and boat operators licence provided. Safety kit & life jackets provided .

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or less before date of arrival, no refund of deposit.
More than 30 days notice - deposit refunded (less $30.00 administration fee)
